EEASC Mini Grant Frequently Asked Questions

About EEASC Mini Grants | Mini Grant FAQMini Grant Application

Q. How can I submit my application?

A. EEASC accepts grant proposals through our online application at eeasc.org.

Q. How will I know if my grant has been awarded?

A. EEASC will notify you via mail if your grant is selected for an award.

Q. If our grant proposal was not selected for funding, how long do we need to wait before resubmitting the application?

A. If your grant proposal was not selected for funding, you may resubmit in any future grant cycle.

Q. If our grant proposal was selected for funding, how long do I need to wait to submit another grant proposal?

A. If your organization's grant proposal was selected for funding your organization must wait one full year before submitting another grant proposal.

Q: Am I required to match the grant?

A: Applicants are not required to provide a match; however, matching or in-kind funds are encouraged. All things being equal, a proposal showing a serious financial commitment from the applicant will be looked upon more favorably than one that does not.

Q: What is in-kind support?

A: In-kind support is defined as anything provided to the project (space rental, supplies, printed materials, volunteer time, etc.) at no cost to the applicant. All contributions should be given an appropriate cash value. Commonly-used in-kind support includes volunteer time, which is currently valued by the Independent Sector at approximately $20.25/hour.

Q: If I/my organization receives funding, what will be required?

A: EEASC Grant recipients will be required to do the following:
