SC Green Step Schools Virtual Training
for Conservation District Employees & Commissioners

The SC Conservation District community is invited to learn how the Green Step Schools program can bring simple, student-led conservation projects into the classroom. See how YOUR conservation district can help students learn, do and teach others about environmental issues while having fun, conserving natural resources, and earning Green Step awards!

The SC Green Step Schools program encourages and empowers SC educators and students to plan, establish and sustain projects that enhance the environment. The program provides support for student-led conservation projects such as school gardens, wildlife habitat, composting, recycling, upcycling, rain barrels, and more.

SC Green Step Schools is a program of the Environmental Education Association of SC and is supported, in part, by an Environmental Education & Stewardship grant from Dominion Energy.
