Have you wondered if there are tools you could use to support youth who are navigating trauma? In this workshop, we will explore a brief introduction to what trauma is, how it can affect the nervous system and brain, and how it might show up in a learning setting. Additionally, we will survey a few trauma-informed strategies and tools and discuss how they can be applied in the context of environmental education.
